Real sourdough takes time, and ours has 108 years of history behind every loaf.

Our breads are made with a 108-year-old sourdough starter, naturally fermented to develop incredible flavor, a crisp crust, and a soft, chewy crumb. No commercial yeast. Just flour, water, salt, and patience.

🍞 Large Sourdough Loaves
