3A'S Bakeshop Ability, Access, & Advocate

โ€œBaking delight the 3โ€™Aโ€™s Way!โ€ ๐Ÿ‘๐€โ€™๐ฌ ๐๐š๐ค๐ž๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ฉ is a purpose-driven bakery founded on the belief that disability is not inability.

Established as the first bakery owned and operated by the PWD Association of Daliao, Toril, Davao City, 3Aโ€™s Bakeshop founded by Chef Aileen D. Asilom, PWD President of Barangay Daliao. This is initially funded by the fund allocated for PWD's which is 1% of the IRA budget and funded by Chef Aileen through her partners such as ISTAC Davao, URC Flour, Anchor Food Professionals, Sugar King, TESDA . The name 3Aโ€™s represents our core values:

1. ๐€๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ โ€“ recognizing the skills, talents, and potential of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)
2. ๐€๐œ๐œ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ โ€“ providing opportunities to livelihood, skills training, and sustainable employment
3. ๐€๐๐ฏ๐จ๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ž โ€“ championing inclusion, dignity, and equal opportunities for all

Born out of a vision to uplift and transform lives, 3Aโ€™s Bakeshop serves as both a community bakery and a training ground where PWDs gain hands-on experience in baking, food production, teamwork, and entrepreneurship. Through partnerships with local government units, industry partners, and volunteer chefs, the bakeshop creates pathways toward self-reliance and economic independence. More than just a place for bread and pastries, 3Aโ€™s Bakeshop is a movementโ€”proving that when given the right support and opportunities, PWDs can thrive, lead, and succeed.
