Officially, graduates! ๐ŸŽ“

Running a business brings a lot of special moments, but nothing compares to celebrating our team's big milestones.

Yesterday, two of our dedicated team members officially graduated!

โ€‹Balancing work and studies for years is no easy feat, but their dedication, resilience, and heart made it look effortless. We are beyond proud of everything theyโ€™ve accomplished both inside our doors and in the classroom.

Wenwen and Chanchanโ€‹, watching you grow and succeed over the years has been an absolute honor. Thank you for all your hard work, dedication, and energy. We couldnโ€™t be prouder of you both! ๐Ÿ’›

Meet our new Pomelo Lettuce Salad.

When you think of premium Davao pomelo, you think of that perfect, juicy burst of bittersweet and tart flavor. At Balai Torrentira, weโ€™ve taken this iconic local fruit and given it a crisp, vibrant spotlight.

โ€‹If you love our classic, creamy mayo-based Caesar or our exotic, tropical mango-dressing Caesar, this is your next must-try green plate. Weโ€™re moving toward clean, simple, and fruit-forward dining by pairing generous, premium pomelo segments with crisp greens, refreshing cucumber, sharp red onions, and a specially crafted zesty vinaigrette.

โ€‹Itโ€™s light, nutrient-packed, and full of bold flavorโ€”proving that eating healthy never has to taste boring.
