I’ve been working on my cinnamon rolls for a while now. I love making them—and people who’ve tasted them tell me they’re really delicious. That means so much to me.

But truthfully? I haven’t started selling them yet.

Why? Because I’m still working on one thing: consistency. Some days they turn out perfect, other days… not quite there. People tell me I’m being too much of a perfectionist. Maybe I am—but it’s because I want to serve only the best to my clients. Every single time.

So here I am, practicing. Day by day. Roll by roll. Hoping one day soon, this could be part of the menu for real.

STORYTIME!

A year ago, cookies were among the very first things I offered. But I quickly realized something: my recipes were just too sweet. So I stopped.

I took a step back and spent months researching, testing, and tweaking. I tried recipe after recipe — and honestly, nothing felt right. I started to believe that maybe cookies just weren’t meant to be part of my menu.

But thennn. I realized that.. Each cookie I didn’t love brought me one step closer to the one I would.

And today… that long road of trial and error has come to an end.

I finally have a cookie that feels right. Not overpoweringly sweet (because I really can’t stand that), but indulgent, gooey, and just the right amount of rich. You can taste the cookie, not just sugar. You can enjoy each bite without needing to chase it down with water. It’s everything I’ve been searching for.

And I can’t wait to share it with you.

This cookie is coming soon to the menu — but for now, I just wanted to share the journey that brought it here. 💙🍪
