Presenting “Blush Roses & Swan Dreams,” a wedding cake inspired by timeless romance and elegance. Delicate handcrafted sugar roses, graceful swans, royal icing stringworks, and soft blush tones come together to symbolize love, purity, and a happily ever after.

This medal is more than just an award...it’s a reminder that every hour of planning, designing, sculpting, and assembling was worth it. Over ten days of work, every flower, every detail, and every finishing touch became part of this journey.

I’m truly grateful to everyone who supported and believed in me. Above all, to God be all the glory for this blessing. Congratulations as well to all the talented competitors who showcased their amazing creations at this year’s Davao Culinary Cup.

The cityscape was created using edible wafer paper, while the bridge was carefully constructed with floral wire for structure. Every decoration was meticulously handmade with fondant and gumpaste to bring this vision to life.
