December is around the corner and the Dutch will celebrate "sinterklaas" with this celebration comes a lot of sweets, chocolate and the traditional Speculaasjes! Speculaasjes are made from a mixed spice containing : cardamon, nutmeg, cinnamon, pepper, cloves, coriander seeds, etc etc... This cookie has one downside....once you pop it...you can not stop it!
