Ginataang Bilo Bilo with Mais
Ingredients:
2 cups glutinous flour (malagkit powder)
1 cup water
1 can corn kernel
1 can coconut milk (400ml)
1 cup cooked small sago
4 cups water
Slurry (3 tbsp glutinous powder 1/4 cup water)
1/2 - 3/4 cup sugar

Procedure:
Combine glutinous flour and water mix it well until it forms a dough, scoop 1 tbsp of dough and form them into balls using your palm.
In a pot combine water and coconut milk bring to boil, add sticky rice balls let it simmer until they are floating. Add 1 can jolly kernel corn and pandan leaves simmer for 3 mins.
Add cooked sago and sugar stir well. Add slurry stirring continously until mixture starts to thicken.
