Elsie's confections Elsie's is a start up bakery made with passion and the love of eating sweets.

Our baking business started from our love of soft chewy crinkles with the abundance of dark chocolate, we asked our friend angel (the master baker) to create the perfect Chocolate crinkle. We started to share it to our friends and they loved it so much that they started to order for their parties and other functions and the rest is what built this small business slowly known to the local market.
