BAKED from scratch is a start up online weekend bake shop based in Dasmarinas City, Cavite PH. We bake in our home kitchen cakes, cupcakes and cookies that are made to order. I bought a bread maker for this.
When you want fresh homemade bread everyday, definitely having a bread maker in your kitchen arsenal is a smart move. But, if you are new to bread making I recommend making bread by hand first before outsourcing the job to a machine :). When you knead with your hands you will feel the dough and will learn to know what is lacking or when it is ready. It's an experience you wouldn't want to miss. 🥖🍞🥨🥐🥯

If there is one baked item that is underrated, that would be a cookie. It's the easiest to learn and the most recommended for newbies, but really, there is more to cookie dough than we think. :)
To me, the perfect cookie should have a crispy outer layer, a soft chewy center, and a rustic look. 🍪🍪🍪
