order personally. Isaias is a passionate Pastry Chef. He had a Diplome in Culinary Arts from MIHCA. He had international experience (Japan and Singapore). Starting an international career on a Germany-based Cruise Ship, he made his way up to the position of Executive Pastry Chef. During this years he earned a lot of experience, professionalized his craftsmanship and gained many culinary influences from all over the world. To travel a few times around the globe and taste sweets of every country forms one of the components that make our pastry so special. Anything is cakeable. You name us your fantasy or concept and Chef Isaias will certainly create and amazing cake for you. His craftsmanship is one of its kind and you will certainly be enchanted.

So my customer asked for a cake that will be brought to the beach for her daughter’s debut, exposing the cake to a 6hours drive. She asked for a fondant cake, but I was quite hesitant to make a fondant cake knowing the challenge to get the it there as a whole. So I suggested for it to be covered in white chocolate instead. Although it’s a bit more expensive but I didn’t wanna ruin their moment with a distroyed cake either. Glady she agreed and let me do my thing. Now we are both happy with how it well went.
