Cassandra "Cassie" Yulo-Silverio was then training in the United States when she lined up for a chocolate and walnut cookie of Levain Bakery in New York where people wait in line for hours. It was, at that time, the biggest and best tasting cookie she had ever tasted, one that made her finally decide on a career as pastry chef.
