Baked with love

I love cooking , I love Baking and I love eating sweet things. When I was a child, no one teached me how to cook or how to bake , I learned from looking to my Grand mother and Mother how they cleaned and cut the vegetables, meats and fruits. How they cooked step by step ingredients to all the dishes they made. From injuring my fingers, burning my skins burned dishes up to worst taste ever but as time progress I always told my self we are all born naked that is why all knowledge comes from experience, I learned as I go.

Last April 2017 , a day before my youngest Birthday I baked his cake and the worst happened my baked cake is burned but still uncooked , I cannot figure out the error that I had done. On that same week a friend told me about baking and cooking school that he attended and how he learned a lot.

So, I tired and enrolled to IVTS-Mandarin (Imus Vocational Technical School) under Bake and Pastry and Cookery . I graduated with a Bronze medal (top 3) of my class and passed the NC-II certification as Certified CHEF. Now 2019 I enrolled under Meat Processing and Cake Deco. I also graduated with a Bronze medal again.

Now I’m slowly building our small business named Sweet Bites by Chef Dan, my target is to makes wonderful delights for all of you may enjoy and always have a smile to your every bites. Hope that you support me and my shop , Thank you.
