Placing Orders
Orders must be placed either over the phone or in person and clients must agree to my ordering policies before proceeding. PRICE QUOTATION POLICY
Price request through Emails and PM are answered Monday to Sunday
The Cake Prices are good for a LIMITED time usually 30 days only. It does not include unforeseen price increases or additional labor and materials which may
be required should problems arise. Your 2nd or 3rd round of quotation request subsequent changes will be billed on a per-hour basis and invoiced. Please think over and finalize your DESIGN and BUDGET. The quotation request is subject for acceptance and availability. I offer my very best price on our first quotation. Quotations from me will be completed in writing by email or via PM. It will include the level of design, Cake description in details, quantity to be ordered, cake packaging, an estimate of the time it will take to complete the project, and price for each unit. The lead time provided is an estimate only. Prices vary with quantity. If the order quantity is different from the quote quantity the cake price may be increased or decreased depending. It is my policy to offer my very best price on the first quotation. Having given my very best price it is not possible to lower and negotiate discount price at the time of the order. The Price quote is valid for 30 days only including date of inquiry. Payment
For cakes Php600 and under, I require full payment upon ordering. This is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Cakes over Php600 require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon ordering and balance is due upon pickup. Your initial deposit reserves your event date and is non-refundable. A 50% down payment is required to confirm your order. NO DOWNPAYMENT, NO CAKES OR CUPCAKES. I must receive the balance by the due date indicated, one week before pick-up date, by cash or bank deposit or contract is null and void, and deposit will not be refunded. Changes to Orders
Once booked, I would not be able to change anymore the design especially 1 week before the event. So pls. take time to think over and finalize your choice. If you need to change the date of your order, serving requirements or design, please provide us with at least one week notice. Date changes may be accommodated depending on availability,
Design
I work closely with clients to design a cake that suits their theme, event and budget. I will do my best to interpret your vision into a cake and will also provide you with my opinion of what I feel would look best. As artists, I always appreciative when given some creative freedom in my decorating as thatβs when I do my best work! I reserve the right to make last minute changes to the cake design as I feel necessary to obtain the best possible finished product while still keeping the original design in mind. My cakes and decorations are edible but I do use wooden dowel to support cake tiers and some non-edible products for support in my 3D figurines and fondant pieces such as wire, toothpicks, etc. Please remove before consuming. I do not copy cake of other artists work. If you have pictures of cakes designs, I can use them as inspiration to create an original design for you. If decors or fresh flowers are provided by an outside source, you acknowledge that in some cases other decors are not a food product, and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, or other contaminants. On occasion I will photograph our cakes and I reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you. Colours
I will do my best to color match samples that are given to me but please keep in mind that I am working with a food product and edible colours. Some colors such as pinks, purple and grey are vastly affected by light and I cannot guarantee exact color matches nor color stability. Cakes should be displayed out of direct sunlight to keep colours from fading out. Dietary/Allergy Information
My products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions. Picking up your Order
I will have your order ready at the agreed-upon time and date. Early pick-ups may be accommodated with proper notice, but as I am always busy, I cannot always complete orders early. Your cake will be securely boxed and covered with a lid or cellophane when you pick it up. Please check to see that I have the correct design and spelling on the cake prior to leaving my place. If you are having another person pick up your order, they will be required to sign a waiver agreeing that your order was intact and correct at time of pickup. I am not responsible for any damage to the cake once it leaves my place. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table, and optimal room temperature of 75 degrees or below. Transportation/Storage/Serving
As stated above, your cake will be securely boxed upon pickup. When carrying your cake box, please carry from the bottom and not the sides as this could damage the cake. Please transport your cake/cupcakes in a flat area (floor or back of van/suv and not in the back of a truck or on a seat. Cakes and cupcakes should be transported in a cool vehicle and not in direct sunlight. If you have a long distance to travel, I recommend covering the box with a light blanket and putting ice packs next to the box. Cakes/cupcakes should be refrigerated prior to your event in the original packaging and then may be removed and left out in a cool room for a few hours prior to serving. Leftovers should be wrapped, refrigerated (2-3 days) or frozen. I do not recommend displaying cakes or cupcakes outdoors in either direct sunlight or on summer/humid days. Our cakes and cupcakes are iced with buttercream/fondant and will melt and become sticky if subjected to very warm temperatures. Pricing

All payment should be fully paid, for BIG quantity - down payment should be 50% after order. If until due date all payment not paid yet..order will be cancelled. Thank you for understanding. An order may be cancelled/re-schedule provided that a NOTICE is given at least 2 WEEKS before the scheduled date of the event. a. should you cancel your cake order before full payment has been made, the 50% deposit to hold your date is non-refundable. b. should you cancel your cake order after FULL PAYMENT has been made and production has begun, you will be refunded your money, less the cost of all supplies already purchased. Expenses incurred, and the 50% deposit for the date. c. If, for any reason, the event is re-scheduled and production has begun, the work completed & amount of product already made will be charged to you. I may or may not be available on the new scheduled date. Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of La Couture Cake Shoppe to complete the agreement and is subject to labor disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control.
