Now Hiring: Dough Assembler and Bread Packer (Male/Female)
Location: Mangilag Sur Candelaria, Quezon
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

Qualifications:
Male/ Female
No Experience Necessary – High School Graduates Welcome!
No prior experience required – we will provide all the training you need!
Willingness to learn and take direction
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays (if necessary)

Dough Assembler Responsibilities:

Portioning & Weighing: Using weighing scales to weigh dough balls precisely.
Shaping & Assembly: Hand-shaping, rolling, folding, or sealing dough to meet specific sizing and appearance standards.
Tray Layout: Arranging and spacing assembled pieces onto trays in the correct count and formation.
Quality Control: Checking for defects and self-inspecting work before passing it to the baking or packaging line.
Production Tracking: Monitoring daily batch logs, counting completed items, and recording total outputs for shift summaries.
Food Safety & Sanitation: Keeping the workspace spotless, properly sanitizing tools, and adhering to strict health, hygiene, and allergen protocols.
Equipment Maintenance: Operating and maintaining machinery, and reporting any equipment malfunctions to supervisors

Bread Packer Responsibilities:

• Quality Control: Check bread for burns, size, color or odd shapes and crust condition.
• Slicing & Bagging: Operate slicing machines and pack bread into plastic pouch.
• Sealing & Labeling: Secure plastic pouch with heat sealers and apply label stickers.
• Stacking Trays: Organize packaged bread neatly into delivery crates or pallets.
• Count & Log: Keep a strict tally of completed, packed and record any damaged or discarded bread on the daily waste log.
• Workspace Cleanup: Clean and sanitize packing tables, slicers, and clean machinery daily.
