You are what you eatโผ๏ธ
Cancer has been a very hot topic these days.
O naging receptive lang ako lalo dahil meron akong cancer.
Pero kaliwa't kanan ang nakikita kong lecture about cancer ngayon even health practitioners starting to do lectures on how to stay on remission and prevent it from coming back.
Pero bakit hindi natin pag-usapan how we were able to get here in the first place?
I receive questions like "Doc Fi, nag low carb ka ba't nagkacancer ka pa din?" And "ano ang nauna, low carb and fasing o cancer?"
I did low carb and fasting 2 years ago. I noticed an abnormal growth 6 months ago.
1. Hindi ko pa alam ano nauna, Low Carb o Cancer. Dahil wala namang diagnostic na makakadetect ng cancer cell. Diagnostics can only detect abnormal growth and metabolic activities of certain tumors.
2. I was prediabetes and obese for many years prior to Low Carb and fasting. Obesity and Hyperglycemia is correlated to cancer, sad to say. I was obese ever since I was 15 and prediabetes at age of 23. Im 32 now.
3. Cancer is a metabolic disease. Genetic factor is a predisposition, yes. But give the cancer a good environmeng to thrive and it will THRIVE WELL. What do i mean about good environment? Some people have cancer cells waiting na magising, but some people has normal cells that can mutate (change or transform) into cancer cells kapag nadamage. What damages the cell?
-radiation
-chronic stress
-inflammation
-obesity and chronic high blood sugar
- toxic oils
- processed foods and gmo
And many more.
Once may cancer cell ka na at naging active, it will be your own parasite. Katunggali mo siya sa nutrients, at lalo na sa glucose at glutamine dahil ito ang pangunahin niyang pangangailangan para lumaki ng lumaki.
4. Moderation? When I moderately eat sugar, my cancer will be happy. The normal cells may just be fine with ketones but more glucose will be delivered to the cancer cell just because it created more magnets for the glucose compared sa normal cells.
I COULD'VE PREVENTED IT.
But sad to say, i was already feeding it before I was even able to starve it. I am a carboholic since I was young. A fast food eater since I was 15. And I was raised that food is a reward to make us happy, only to make people sick and sad in the end.
My physicians can treat me all they want, but they can't change my diet. Because I am going to EAT to STARVE CANCER.
