I was so happy that I was able to execute this cake after attending a special event - Cake Fiesta which I am a competitor. I definitely loved the outcome of this cake and I can see that I have improved a lot from my previous take on this kind of cake design. Proud Moment for Cawel's Sweet Treasures 💜

This might be a little late, but my heart is still full from the amazing experience I had last March 27–29, 2025, during Cake Fiesta and WOFEX Drinks and Bakes! I competed for the first time ever in the Non-Tasted Cupcakes Category, and it was truly one of the most exciting and unforgettable moments of my life.

Although I didn’t bring home a medal, I’m incredibly proud and grateful to have received a Merit Award for my entry. This is just the beginning—and I’m already looking forward to next year’s entry!

The theme for my entry was Women Empowerment, in celebration of Women’s Month since Cake Fiesta was held in March. It was a very personal and meaningful concept for me.

A huge thank you to my cousin who helped bring my vision to life by sketching my ideas for the theme. Your artwork became my pattern and guide—I couldn’t have executed it without you!

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to my workplace for supporting me and making it possible to participate in this competition. To my ever-supportive family, friends, and fellow bakers—thank you for always believing in me and cheering me on since day one. I’m beyond grateful!

To the queens—Chefs Valerie and Christina—thank you for your encouragement, warmth, and generosity. You’ve inspired me more than you know. May God continue to bless everything you do. I love you both!

And of course, thank You, Lord, for giving me the strength to keep doing what I love, even amidst life’s challenges. I’m just so happy and humbled to have experienced this!

Here’s to more growth, more cakes, and more sweet memories!

First of all, thank you Lord for making everything this year possible. I was able to make cakes even it seems impossible. 🙏 I love you Lord!

As we bid goodbye to the year 2023, I would like to send my appreciation to all my regular clients who are really looking for my products even I have my conflict of schedule with work.
