‼️📣ATTENTION TO ALL OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS‼️📣

We will be delivering SOURDOUGH every TUESDAY per week due to:
1. Unstable eletricity power supply and continuous blackout here in Mindoro;

2. Sourdough needs to have a constant low temperature during fermentation for 16 hours (to be put inside a chiller). Just a bit of change in temperature may affect the bread's quality and taste;

3. High cost will be needed if we continue on using our generator.

Croissants and brioche are still available every TUESDAY and FRIDAY.

THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING AND SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

We will be going back to the same setup as before once the electricity supply becomes stable again.

Frozen sourdough will still be available in Deli, Co.
