Boy Panadero Bakery Boy Panadero started in 2013 as a small neighbourhood bakery in Calamba, Laguna. His dream is to place our local panaderia products among the best.

Its founder was fascinated with breads since college and is the reason he took up Food Technology Major in Bakery Technology. After a short stint at one of DOST’s research & development institute, the Industrial Technology Development Institute under its Food Processing Division, he decided to pursue his culinary passion by enrolling in Le Cordon Bleu Sydney where he finished his patisserie course with a certificate in Culinary Management. After Le Cordon Bleu, he worked around Sydney’s best training ground for chefs which include a 2 year stint at the Four Seasons Hotel. His exposure in one of Sydney’s best bakery stirred further his interest in breads by applying the same concept in Manila. He also became a chocolatier in one of the best chocolate shops in Australia. Upon his return to Manila, he immediately immersed his hands by developing breads popular among the masses using his own methods and recipes.
