One early Monday morning ☀️

The phone rang.
"Hello, what do you have available today? We have visitors coming and they are at the airport now."

I listed what was available.
She paused... then said,
"I want something new that’s locally made here in CDO."

So I told her about our 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗮.
Herb-y, golden, and made to share.

And because it was for guests, I couldn’t just stop there.
"How about guacamole to go with it?"
Nadunggan gyud nako nga happy kaayo siya nag say "Yes!"🥰

But wait — let’s make it a party 🤍
We sliced the focaccia, gave it a little toast, packed it with the spreads, and voila — and our 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘆 was born.

It was a Thursday afternoon. Our 𝒲𝒽𝑜𝓁𝑒 𝓌𝒽𝑒𝒶𝓉 𝒫𝒶𝓃𝒹𝑒𝓈𝒶𝓁 day.🤎

A regular customer stepped into our tiny shop, and lo and behold — she smelled the freshly baked 𝒲𝒽𝑜𝓁𝑒 𝓌𝒽𝑒𝒶𝓉 𝒫𝒶𝓃𝒹𝑒𝓈𝒶𝓁.

Then she said something that stopped me:
"Your kids will carry the smell of this 𝒫𝒶𝓃𝒹𝑒𝓈𝒶𝓁 in their memories."

I just smiled and said, "Absolutely. They will."
Because 𝒫𝒶𝓃𝒹𝑒𝓈𝒶𝓁 will always have a place in our hearts.

We’ve been making this for quite some time now.
Yesterday we sold out and weren’t able to serve some of our weekly subscribers.
So today, we’re baking again. For them. And for anyone who walks into our shop.

Truly humbled and grateful to share our 𝒫𝒶𝓃𝒹𝑒𝓈𝒶𝓁 with you. 🍞
