Basically, edible cookie dough… is a cookie! Yes, it is just an unbaked cookie. But on the great side, it is safe to eat than the regular cookie dough that’s supposed to be baked!

You know why it is better than the regular one? Well, we use heat-treated flour wherein we cooked the flour first to kill its bacteria before mixing the dough so that it is safe to consume and we do not use raw eggs!

And you know what? It is edible because all of its ingredients are safe to consume!

Always remember! Edible cookie dough is supposed to be eaten as it is, but if you’re feeling extra, you can eat it or bake it!
