We have received comments regarding the size of our cookies, and we truly appreciate everyone who took the time to share their feedback.

After reviewing the issue, we discovered that the change in cookie size was caused by our decision to reduce the sugar content in response to requests for a less sweet cookie. Today, we confirmed that this adjustment affected how the cookies spread and baked, resulting in a smaller size.

When we tested the recipe using the original amount of sugar, the cookies returned to their usual size and appearance.

Baking is a continuous learning process. Even after years of making cookies, there is always something new to learn. Small changes in ingredients can create unexpected results, and this experience reminded us how important it is to carefully balance taste, texture, and appearance.

We sincerely apologize to those whose expectations were not met during this time. Your feedback helps us improve and continue providing the quality and consistency you deserve.
