R&D never lies 😂

Ube + Langka + Crème Brulée 💜💛🤍

This concept has been on my mind for quite some time, especially now that ube and langka are in season. I wanted to create something that celebrates these local flavors in a unique way.

Everything in this recipe was made from scratch from the ube that was made by my mom, to the langka and the crème brulée. It took a lot of time and patience to bring this idea to life, but seeing it slowly come together upon assembling it makes every bit of effort worth it.

It's not 100% perfect yet. The bruleed sugar melted into the custard, causing the crème brulée layer to collapse, so that's one thing I still need to tweak.

But if we're talking about flavor? 10/10 🤤 The taste is exaaaactly what I envisioned. I'd say this cake is already 90% ready just one final refinement before it's ready to share with everyone.

This is a reminder that creating something new is never about getting it perfect on the first try. It's about passion, patience, and trusting the process. Stay tuuuuned 🍰✨
