Shelley's Medo Cafe and Resto Artisanal Breads, Cakes, Muffins, Cookies and Brownies Shelley’s Artisanal bread was founded in 1986 on the Island of Boracay.

The rustic technique was learned in Japan from two lady’s, one Russian and the other French and brought here to the Philippines. Different to other breads, due to the high quality sourced ingredients, mainly the milled organic flour of hard wheat, wholewheat, wholemeal, dark rye, kamut and spelt, makes the bread high-fiber, delicious and healthy. All baking is handmade and with love.
