2021 has been crazy.. and exciting..

Thank you to those who supported my little passion project 💗 huhu i’ve experienced so much because of you guys! 🥲 there have been baking mishaps, late responses to queries, unclaimed orders and many stressful bake days but I’m very thankful for all these! 💗 wag sana kayo magsawa 😅😂

To those who were asking what we did to that extra large loaf….. that will probably be a week (&a half?)-worth of breakfast sandwiches 😂

Was attempting to imitate the egg drop sandwich, but had to cram preparing this or i’d be late to my morning meeting! ⏰🥪☕️

Tried something new today!! Was craving for coffee buns the other day and it got me curious… what if I make a coffee sourdough? 🤔☕️

Attempt #1! Not sure if this was under or over-fermented, but smelled like mocha cake when I sliced it! ☕️

Will try again! 🥸
