Good bread survives the freezer! Here's why...
Our breads are made with slow fermentation and simple ingredients, which builds a strong structure and helps the dough retain moisture naturally. That’s why our bread can be frozen and thawed while still tasting soft, flavorful, and almost like fresh.
Most commercial bread is made fast using shortcuts. It may feel soft at first, but once frozen, it often dries out, turns crumbly, or becomes gummy after thawing.
All of our breads — including our white bread — are fermented, not fast-made, which is why they behave very differently from typical supermarket bread.
Proper bread isn’t just for today. It’s built to last.
You can keep our bread in the freezer for 2–3 months without a problem.
