And here’s a little secret: aside from our famous bakery, we also run a cozy lunchtime restaurant that serves homecooked Batangueño favorites—crispy fried chicken, golden lechon kawali, creamy ginataang langka, hearty kaldereta, and more—served only at lunchtime so each dish is fresh and made with care. On the side, we’ve also expanded into a mini grocery where loyal customers and local business owners can enjoy wholesale deals on quality goods.
