🐾 Weeks of waiting, countless calculations, small adjustments, and a lot of patience... today, everything finally came together.

🐾 I've always believed that a good dough must stand on its own—before the glaze, before the filling, before the toppings. If the dough is truly great, everything else simply enhances it.

🐾 Today, I finally created a dough that I'm proud of. This is just Version 1.0, but it's a milestone that reminds me every small improvement is worth the journey.

On to the next challenge. 🐾🇯🇵

After countless tries, I've finally created the milk focaccia I've been dreaming of—soft and fluffy inside, with a thin crispy crust and just the right oven spring.

It's already good on its own, and I haven't even added the fillings yet.

Can't wait to turn this into the sandwiches I'll be serving soon. 🥪✨

Today, my cinnamon roll finally earned a 10/10. 😊

There's still room for improvement, but moments like this remind me how far I've come. My goal was never to copy what's already out there, but to create something that feels uniquely mine—something that could one day become the signature of my bakery.

Testing different hydration levels, milk ratios, and baking methods to find the perfect balance between crispy crust and cloud-like softness. Slowly turning this idea into the focaccia sandwich I truly want to serve someday. 🍞
