Cream and Fold started for the love and passion for baking. The name Cream and Fold comes from two different mixing techniques in baking; creaming (incorporation of fat) and folding (a precise technique where you combine two mixtures with different thickness or weight.) We choose this name because we are very keen with the techniques and ingredients that we use in baking. We aim to produce the best quality baked goods for you, so leave the baking to us and we will leave you with the good stuff! We guarantee that every baked goods that we make is creamed to goodness and folded with love!
