No, it’s just our Custard Cake with its top layer of super smooth Leche Flan and its bottom layer of super fine Chiffon Cake.
I purposely put more than the usual amount of sugar syrup on the flan, so that when inverted, the syrup drips down to the cake for added flavor!
Best served when the flan has had time to chill so it becomes like ice cream!
Namit! Best paired with coffee! ☕️☕️☕️
