I personally like a good bizcocho. A twice baked piece of bread that is effortless to bite through when perfectly toasted.

We take pride in our Butterscotch bars because aside from using only premium ingredients such as pure butter, it's one of the first products that we sold back then. It is iconic with Negros as it is deeply tied to sweetness and refined taste.

Saturday Burger

One “secret” good burger in Bacolod is by Pasteleria Andalucia. The burger bun is a house creation, so that’s exclusive. The thick burger, bathed in a dressing of perk-me-up seasonings is uncommon. I don’t know if it has a physical store, but they sell online.*
