One of our favorite things to do at Sucré is making our Caesar Salad right at your table.

There is something special about seeing it come together in front of you. The fresh ingredients, the dressing mixed by hand, and those little conversations we get to have while we prepare it.

Food has always been our way of bringing people together, and moments like these remind us why we started.

Ring the bell for handcrafted cookies and milk. 🍪🥛

Our little Cookie Concierge was the first of its kind in Bacolod, and we made it especially for our dear friends. There was just something so fun about showing up with warm cookies, cold milk, and a little surprise at the door.

It’s one of those ideas that made us smile while doing it.

Should we bring the Cookie Concierge back again soon? I think it might be time. 🤍

At Sucré, we’ve always wanted people to feel like family.

Not because we say it, but because of how we welcome you, how we serve your meal, and how we remember the little things when you come back.

Some of our favorite moments are seeing families gather around the table, friends staying long after their plates are empty, and familiar faces walking through our doors again.

Food has always been our love language.

It’s how we celebrate the little wins, welcome people into our home, and remind the people we love that they’re cared for. Some of my favorite conversations have happened around a table, with a meal shared and no rush to leave.

That’s the heart behind Sucré.

We hope every dish carries a little piece of that love and makes you feel like you’ve found a place where you can slow down, gather, and simply enjoy being together.

Thank You, Lord, for this grace. For the gift of family, for meals that bring people closer, and for allowing us to share our table with yours.

The name says Sunday, but we promise you don’t have to wait until then.

Our Sunday Cansi is available every day.

We called it Sunday because that’s exactly how we want it to make you feel. Like coming home to a slow afternoon, a table full of family, and a warm bowl that’s been waiting for you.

Some meals bring comfort in the simplest way, and this has always been one of them for us.

So whether it’s Monday or Sunday, there’s always a bowl of Sunday Cansi waiting for you at Sucré.

People often ask me if Sucré has always been my dream.

The truth is, it has always been ours.

My mom taught me that the best memories are made around the table. She showed me that food isn’t just about what’s served, but how it makes people feel. Warm, welcomed, and at home.

Every recipe, every corner, and every little detail carries a piece of both of us. Some days I bring the ideas, other days she reminds me to slow down and trust the process. We’ve built Sucré the same way we’ve lived our lives together, with love, faith, and a lot of conversations over good food.

Sucré isn’t only my dream.

It’s my mom’s dream too.

And getting to build it with her is the part I’ll always be most grateful for.

Walking into Smeg always brings out the dreamers in us.

We probably looked like kids in a candy store, pointing at everything and imagining what could be. It’s funny how something as simple as beautiful appliances can spark so many ideas for Sucré.

These little dates with Mom are my favorite. We leave inspired, full of conversations, and a little more excited about what’s next.

Maybe this is your little sneak peek. We’ve been working on something special together, and we can’t wait to share it with you soon. 🤍
