Today's cake, after a long period of not posting anything, is once a again a Caramel Cake. But this time, instead of the moist chocolate cake, it had a salted caramel-flavored butter cake.
The frosting was also caramel-flavored. I decorated the top with left-over cake scraps painted in edible gold luster dust, and caramel glass shards, also painted in gold.
I messed up during the first try of lettering, and so I just did it on the blank part of the Cake board, which came out nicer.
The client actually saw a picture of my previous caramel cake, any be expecting to see the same in the picture, but I think I cannot make the same cake twice, unless they are made at the same time. There will always new things to make. ❤️
