I enjoyed my Sunday, especially when I finished making these French Lemon Tart. 💛 It's been a long time plan for me to make these when I had seen some lemons in the house, but I never got the time, ngayon nalang ulit. 💛

CAUTION: May contain sharp shards of sugar glass. 😂

Today's cake, after a long period of not posting anything, is once a again a Caramel Cake. But this time, instead of the moist chocolate cake, it had a salted caramel-flavored butter cake.

The frosting was also caramel-flavored. I decorated the top with left-over cake scraps painted in edible gold luster dust, and caramel glass shards, also painted in gold.

I messed up during the first try of lettering, and so I just did it on the blank part of the Cake board, which came out nicer.

The client actually saw a picture of my previous caramel cake, any be expecting to see the same in the picture, but I think I cannot make the same cake twice, unless they are made at the same time. There will always new things to make. ❤️

STRAWBERRY CREAM PIE

Today, I created a very versatile type of baked dish that can be modified in a lot of ways. I made this strawberry cream pie using DLA Strawberry Topping and my homemade cream base.

I also piped swiss meringue on top of the strawberry and popped it back in the oven to cook further.

SILENZIO BRUNO!

Today, I made this Luca-inspired cake for the 2nd birthday of my two godchild (anak ti bunyag 😂), Aldrich and Edrich, yep, a twin.

I have never seen Luca, but I always see them in TikTok 😂, that's why.

This cake is a 4-layer red velvet cake with creamcheese frosting and some non-dairy cream frosting. I topped the cake with some crushed graham crackers to serve as sand.

Set in a fictional town inspired by the Italian Riviera, "Luca" is a coming-of-age story that finds the eponymous character and his rambunctious new friend Alberto - both sea monsters living underwater - trading in their fins and flippers for human legs above the surface. (TravelAndLeisure.com)

This cake is my first drip cake. Basta yung tumutulo sa tabi tabi. 😂 I used my homemade caramel recipe for this one, and caramel flavored cream frosting.

The cake is a three-layer moist chocolate cake. (I was wondering why do we need to say moist? Hindi ba dapat lahat ng cake matic na moist? 😂 Wala lang. )

Blueberry cheesecake turned into cookies. 🫐

I was scrolling through Tiktok when I came upon this video tutorial on how to make these blueberry creamcheese cookies, and today, I made it.

It so easy and very straightforward, and the taste is 🤯. Clearly, blueberry isn't the only fitting topping for these cookies, strawberries, ube, and other of your favorite topping will go with it beautifully as well.

Today's order was a Mobile Legends Cake featuring the Hero, Saber. I'd like to Congratulate Jayvie on his graduation as well as greet him a happy birthday. Thank you for celebrating with us.

This ML Cake is a vanilla cake with plain cream frosting, spray painted with blue, read, and gold. 😂 Forgive my fondant detail. Aayusin ko po next time 😂.

Who can say no to a slice of Chocolate cake? Ay siak, I can't. 😂 My Monday morning was very busy. I attended the Socialization Activity of my Program in college, where I delivered an opening remarks 😂😂😂, "Sit back, relax and enjoy. + welcome. Welcome. Welcome. 😂"

I also attended the opening program of the International Thematic Camp. 😄 And now, I just finished this moist chocolate cake, yes, a plain one.

I created some chocolate toppers, but they collapsed. 😂 Ang idea nyan is parang cave. Lam nyo yon? Pero nagcollapse. I aslo sifted some cocoa powder on top, wala lang. Pampapait 😂
