:3tier all edible - 4k
Me: ay hindi po kaya sa budget.
I immediately refused. Naghihinayang? Why would I be when I know I have clients who can pay the same amount for just one-tier cake. Hindi po ako nakikipag-babaan ng presyo and yes a lot of people would say “mahal cakes ko”, “mahal ang cooshey” but nothing is really expensive to a person who knows what they are paying for. I priced out my cakes right and reasonable.
Imagine all edible na 3tier for 4k, dahil yun daw gusto ng client. Wag nyo naman po sana baratin yung skills at effort ng bawat baker.
This post is not to create any tension or conflict but to let everyone know that when you buy a cake you are not just buying the materials, you are buying the cake, time, effort, skills, love, passion and dedication that goes into making your cake.
And to all the bakers and cake artists out there, please value your time and price your cakes right. Hindi yung pagod at haggard ka na nga, wala ka pang kinita. 😫 Learn to say NO to low ballers, know your worth.
You are given this talent ,skills, and business for a reason.
