Major throwback!

This 6-ft wedding cake was specially made for the opening ceremony of Wedding Destination: Pampanga Year 18.

Voltaire Zalamea had the idea to do a ribbon pulling ceremony instead of the usual ribbon cutting—and we loved it!

The cake was decorated with royal icing piping, handmade sugar figures and flowers, icing showers, pearl sprays, ribbon loops, and even a working water fountain!

Definitely one of those cakes that was so much fun to make and even more fun to look back on.
