Fat-free*, sugar-free*, dairy-free, gluten-free and egg-free energy bars... featuring that Omani speciality: dates. If this week's baking is angelic then next week's is totally sinful - a chocolate extravaganza! :) (*There's no added fat or artificial sugar in the energy bars, but they do contain dried fruit and seeds).

Thank-you all, the Teacup Bakery now has 100 likes! Things have been quiet recently as I've been kept busy by my most recent 'bun-in-the-oven' (couldn't resist); my little girl who was coincidentally 100 days old yesterday! I will be back in early 2016 in Salalah with lots more bakes, some with a healthier slant (sugar-free, gluten-free etc) and some which are just naughty but nice :)
