We’re down to the final handful of spots!

The Annual Family Photoshoot Fundraiser is back for 2026 🤍

After giving last year’s families 48-hour early access, I’m excited to now open the remaining sessions to everyone.

With nearly 20 years of photographing Whangārei families, I feel incredibly grateful to be able to use my photography to give back to our community through this fundraiser.

This year’s set is clean, classic and timeless — designed to create beautiful family portraits that you’ll treasure for years to come.

Each session includes:

🤍 10-minute mini photoshoot
🤍 5 professionally edited digital images
🤍 Option to purchase additional images
🤍 One family per booking (up to 6 people)

A portion of every session will be donated to support two very special local charities, which I’ll be announcing very soon.

These fundraiser sessions have become one of my favourite events each year, and I’m so grateful to every family who books and helps make a difference in our community.

This weekend I photographed my beautiful model family, and I’m so excited to share the first glimpse of this year’s Annual Family Photoshoot Fundraiser set 🤍

We are now just 6 weeks away from this year’s fundraiser weekend, and bookings will be opening very soon.

Families who attended last year’s fundraiser will receive an email this evening with 48-hour early access to book before sessions are released publicly.

After this, any remaining spots will be opened via my social media.

This year’s fundraiser will once again be supporting two very special local charities — I’ll be sharing more on that soon 🤍

✨ Annual Family Photoshoot Update ✨

For those who have followed along over the years, you will know my annual family photoshoots were previously held as a fundraiser for Whangarei Parents Centre. Although Whangarei Parents Centre has now closed, I’m excited to continue this tradition and keep these special sessions going as a fundraiser supporting some very deserving local charities. 💛

I’ll be sharing more details soon… including who this year’s fundraising will support! (I can’t wait to tell you 😊)

Behind the scenes, things are starting to come together. My amazing father-in-law has been busy building & painting my posing boxes, and this weekend I’ll be photographing my “model family” to test everything out and create some beautiful inspiration images.

I’m so excited to bring these sessions back again this year — a chance for families to update their photos while also supporting wonderful causes in our community. ❤️

Just like her big sister, today's baby started off her newborn photoshoot wide awake. She was so contented just to look around and watch me.
Eventually, with a bit of patience, Mum & I managed to get her to drift off to sleep.

Newborn photography - it's the tiny wee details that get me! The little hairs under their bottom lip, pouty lips and perfect little fingers...

Today's 3 week old baby girl was a little dream to photograph (and she has long eyelashes.... just like her big sister and Dad!

4 generations is one very special photoshoot - and 10 minutes before we started there was rain & rolling thunder! Typical Northland weather, especially because we’d had to postpone this family session several times due to rain & storms. I was so relieved when the sun came out!
And this family was fun - full of enthusiasm for some of my crazy suggestions, and came up with great ideas of their own. I headed home with a full heart
