A little peak into mornings at All You Knead bakery:

Sunrise dappling our windows, as the smell of freshly baked crusty sourdough loaves, buttery pastries and locally roasted coffee brings a queue.

Always ready to greet our loyal customers, are our tireless and ever-smiling staff. Waking up well before dawn (and sometimes not long after dusk), the team is hard at work taming our sourdough starter and baking the days goods.

None of what we do would be possible without our superstar team (and caffeine)! So a big thank you for all the continued support from our friends, customers, and amazing staff

A selection of our latest favourite flavours for that special someone ❤️💚❤️ Swipe through the pictures for our eclair flavours this year.

Pre-order by messaging us directly here, or in-store. Our handmade eclair boxes are $40 each, and can be picked up either 13/02 or 14/02. They keep a day chilled, but are best eaten fresh 😊

Last year we had to shut pre-orders early due to demand. We are able to make more this time around, but we still highly recommend getting your order in early so you don’t miss out!

We use Belgian dark couverture chocolate in our pain au chocolat, and Whittaker’s Dark Chocolate in our pastry cream. All made with slow fermented all-butter croissant pastry. They sell out quick 💚
