NEW! Cheese and Olives: sourdough starter, water, white flour, wholemeal rye flour, treacle, salt, sunflower oil, olive oil, dark olives, yellow cheese, garlic, sunflower seeds, linseeds, yeast.

Cranberry and Walnut: sourdough starter, water, white flour, wholemeal flour, wholemeal rye flour, treacle, salt, sunflower oil, cranberries, walnuts, dates, yeast.

OLD FAV! Slavic Dark Rye: sourdough starter, water, rye flour, wholemeal rye flour, wheat gluten flour, dark malted rye ("chocolate"), treacle, salt, sunflower oil, sunflower seeds, caraway seeds, linseeds, yeast.

Challah: white flour, water, eggs, sunflower oil, sugar, salt, yeast.

Baking sourdough bread on Tuesdays. Please place your order no later than Sunday. Pick-up in Karori, delivery options can be discussed.

Cranberry and Walnut sourdough bread 🥳: mix cranberries, walnuts and dates into the dough, which is based on sourdough starter, with rye, white and wholemeal flours, with treacle for sweetness, a bit of salt to balance the taste, and sunflower oil to keep it fresher for longer. And of course, we end up with the amazing combination for taste, smell, texture and colour.

At Vera's Kitchen I bake sourdough bread on Tuesdays: Slavic Dark Rye, Cranberry and Walnut, and Cheese and Olives so far. Please place your order by Sunday.
Also, Challahs are baked on Thursdays, pre-order by Wednesday.
