On the telly again! Did you see the Kai Pai family on Breakfast this morning? (at 2.04.35) Some great insights into the commercial/wholesale awards category, get a look inside the factory and how the pies are made each day.

Did you know:
- The pies submitted for the Bakels Commercial/Wholesale Award are taken straight off the factory production line.
- Kai Pai runs two pie production lines, meaning they can output approx. 8,000 pies an hour.
- We make 2-3 tonnes of pastry a night.

How good do the bosses look all dressed up! And they got on the telly last night too, Seven Sharp !!

Jason & Julie Danielson are the powerhouses behind Kai Pai Pies & Savouries. Jason is the Head Baker, and Julie takes care of everything to do with Orders & Dispatch, amongst so many other things they do to keep the factory & orders rolling.

Kai Pai Bakery is a truly family run business, and we couldn't be more proud of every success our team achieves. It's not often we get to see them dressed up, usually they are covered in overalls and flour :)
