We at the Waipiata Pie Company thought that it was good timing to remind you that father's day is on the horizon.

Now, not that there is anything wrong with picking up a box of half melted chocolates from the service station on the way to see dad on this momentous day, but we would like to present you with another option.

We think it is time to claim the favourite child status and head to www.waipiatapies.co.nz and hand select Dad's favourite flavours of pastry wrapped goodness, we will even chuck in some choccies for old times sake.

Who is feeling like a good feed of pork ribs?

There is nothing better than chomping on a slow cooked Pork Rib, Pie or a Souvlaki on a Wednesday night.

The Waipiata Pie Company team will be setup this Wednesday night from 4.30pm until 7.00pm at the Maniototo Lions park on Charlemont street, Ranfurly.

BBQ Pork Ribs, Souvlaki's, Waipiata Pies, Cold drinks, free smiles and a bit of banter.

Frozen Pies, Paywave and Credit Card available.

See you Wednesday night, 4.30pm until 7.00pm, rain, hail, snow, but hopefully sunshine.
