Dear customers after a lot of thought, we have decided to close down Karl Felipe Patisserie.

We know there is great potential here but due to my passion really being more on desserts (which are not financially viable) and not so much the other stuff as well as new family commitments, we have decided to focus on other things at this point.

We are preferably looking for a buyer who is interested in taking over the shop as all the work setting it up is done, and it would be a shame to waste.

Id like to thank our awesome loyal customers who have supported us thus far. It really made all the hard work worth it.

In the mean time before we fully close up and our lease ends or we sell, we will be sporadically open for high tea bookings and classes as well as the occasional pop-up opening. All of these will be advertised online when available.

If you are interested in one for any other day of the week feel free to pop me a text with your name and how many you want and for what day and I will try to make sure I have for you! I need to know at least the day before pickup :)

Beef Bourguignon Pie!

This is no boring petrol station pie, it is authentic Beef Bourguignon. Like everything we do, every aspect is made in house with love, using real quality ingredients.

Beef slow cooked in red wine and beef stock, with onions, shallots, lardons, garlic and mushrooms. Finished with a garlic mashed potato. In our crumbly shop made shortcrust pastry.

All this for only $8.50. Cheaper than other places "fancy" pies.

All our croissant and filled croissants are cheaper than they have been, desserts now have a range of prices, plus we have some things to buy from just $3.
