The German Bakery Waihi

The German Bakery Waihi European Bakery Café Deli, specialized in certified organic Sourdough baking. Vegan breads. Being a cafe as well we serve Coffee and Tea inhouse or to take away.

We specialise in european breads with a strong focus on certified organic Sourdoughs and european baking. Also available are homemade free range sausages (Bratwurst Thueringer Art), Sourkraut, German Mustard and a small selection of locally produced Delicatessen which tickle our fancy because they are like our products: free of preservatives, additives, artificial flavours or colourings. A fridge

with cold beverages caters for the very thirsty but also cold and delicious are locally and organically grown Elderberry Sparkling and our Thickshakes and Iced Coffee. Instead of syrups we use real ingredients. We believe in old fashioned handmade food as close to its natural state as possible.
