An 18th birthday party vanilla cake with mixed berries, white chocolate drops, berry compote filling and a block of Whittaker's white chocolate melted and tempered on the sides.

A well travelled cake with delayed flights starting in Nelson, south to Christchurch, and back north to Rotorua. First attempt at making a checkerboard cake for my grandson who wanted a racing car cake, chocolate and vanilla.

A gluten-free ‘mountain bike’ cake inspired by the beautiful snow-covered peaks surrounding us, naturally coloured with spirulina and matcha, with homegrown herbs and native foliage to complete the scene. This vanilla cake is studded with raspberries and white chocolate drops, filled with raspberry compote and Swiss meringue buttercream.

It was a privilege to create a cake for 8 x 80th birthdays, such a remarkable celebration. This vanilla cake is studded with raspberries and strawberries, and it is filled with a mixed berry compote and Swiss meringue buttercream.

A gluten free triple layer carrot cake filled with cream cheese icing and caramel sauce with a new frilly pansy, violas, fennel and cornflower petals from the garden.

Vanilla cupcakes with white chocolate drops and a white chocolate ganache filling. All topped off with green-white chocolate dinosaurs, fennel, mizuna, violets and cornflower petals.

The second cake for the 100th birthday celebration. This is a double layer carrot cake filled with homemade caramel sauce and cream cheese icing with piped white chocolate butterflies in the favourite colour, turquoise, with pressed and fresh edible flowers from the garden.
