The Bread;
- to give our customers the freshest bread possible
- No improvers or preservatives
- 15 year old sourdough starter loved and used to provide a great taste to our sourdoughs

The cakes;
- Always Free Range eggs
- No processed white sugar. (except confectioners sugar)
- Natural vegetable/fruit food colouring, and sprinkles.
- Only organic milk and cream

The Pies and Pastries
- We always use organic milk and sour cream for our pastry
- Strong relationship with Ellerslie Organic Butchers as our preferred meat supplier
- Always Free Range eggs
- Seasonal produce, buying New Zealand produce, and changing with the seasons
- Organic, free range or preservative, chemical free meat always sourced

Most importantly every choice we make about our products and ingredients will be made with the absolute intention of providing you with the best.

Some of Titirangi’s finest portrait artists are currently in Year 3.
We’re opening the Titirangi Celebrity Sketch exhibition tomorrow, a wall of celebrity portraits by the young artists of Titirangi Primary School. Come and see who you can recognise (and who you definitely can’t).

I was so anxious the night before 😂 wondering if anyone would actually come, if it was all going to fall flat, if I’d made a huge mistake putting two collabs together on the same weekend.
And then you all showed up. And kept showing up.
I don’t have the right words for how much that means to me. Weekends like this remind me exactly what hospo is about and why we do what we do. It’s the community. Seeing people coming together in our spaces fills my cup.
