We are a "from scratch" bakery based in the Waikato.All of our doughs are made from mother starter doughs, to truely work out the minimal amount of commercial yeast used to rise our bread range, ending in a wholesome & delicious product.The breads you will find in store are from that days bake & are never more than 24hrs ol

d.Mike,our head baker has spent 30 years developing many of his products & they have been found in cafes, restaurants, catering companies, private schools & private hospitals throughout the country during that time as he is also a qualified chef.Not only do we make all our dough products on site each day but we make sauces, seasonings & meat rubs.We roast or slow cook all the meats for our filled buns & pies to provide the best quality product

Hey everyone, we are still looking for someone to join our bakery shop team. Hours are part time to start with, Tuesday to Friday 9am to 1pm , great for a mum while the kids are at school.
