Practice builds confidence, not Perfection!
The year 9’s nailed their practice session for their food truck assignment. We had lolly sushi, ice cream sandwiches, Mac n Cheese, coconut balls, loaded fries, cinnamon scrolls with sauces of choice.
Going out with a bang for this one!

As both his mum, and his past teacher, I am so proud of William aka Big Will william Harrison for showing everyone he has important things to say. I know he will try his best to represent his fellow students on the Board of Trustees and he will do it with heart. He participates in all that school has to offer and knows you get back what you put in.
Don’t forget to let him know what you want the adults to know, he will confidently share it!!

Truffle Skewers are always a hit! Teamwork that then becomes individual & creative.
We used Party Mix lollies, marshmallows, and chocolate fish to add colour and impact.
It make our truffles more interesting students could choose to cover them in cocoa, coconut, jelly crystals or sprinkles.
