Hey whānau. We’re kicking off a new class this Monday for our kuia pakeke—a gentle intro to working out together in the gym space.
While the class is running, the gym will be a bit busier than usual. Take advantage of the quiet times on either side of this class, if this is your regular workout time. You’ll start to see a session schedule pop up that makes the most of the quieter morning hours for them.

Morena whanau. We will be closing at 11am this morning and reopening around 4pm this afternoon. Have a wonderful weekend and also a big shout out to our Te Wharekura O Ruatoki whanau traveling to Switzerland. Looking forward to hearing all the stories. Look after each other and be safe.
