Business Opportunity – No8 Lowe Street Butchery, Gisborne

Retail Meat New Zealand member No8 Lowe Street Butchery is offering its established boutique butchery business in Gisborne for sale.

Located in a prime CBD position, No8 Lowe Street Butchery is a purpose-built, architecturally designed retail butchery that has been operating successfully for the past seven years.

The business was developed from the ground up, transforming an empty commercial space into a modern, welcoming boutique butchery with a strong focus on the customer experience.

Currently trading just 3.5 days per week, the business presents an opportunity for a new owner to build on its established customer base and grow the business through increased trading hours.

The decision to sell comes as the current owners plan to relocate overseas next year, creating an opportunity for someone to take over an established business with further potential for growth.

And then there’s the Gisborne lifestyle with great beaches, surfing, fishing, hunting and plenty of outdoor activities, Gisborne offers an attractive lifestyle for those looking to combine business ownership with more time to enjoy the outdoors and family life.

For further information or enquiries, please contact the current owner directly.
