unctuous butterscotch, oozy chocolate pudding, just the right amount sweetened whipped cream, topped with a handful of hokey pokey crumbs.

HOW'S THAT WEATHER AY? YEAH, APPARENTLY QUITE GOOD FOR GROWING WHEAT!

On today's 6th yearly episode of "you can't grow wheat in golden bay" we discover that, in fact, you can!
Drove past the field tended to by our favorite farmers the Packards and everything is coming up Milhouse!
Bill and Tim did another great job on the prep and drilling and our wheats jumped ahead of the weeds, which in organic grain farming is a big win. It makes the harvesting and cleaning on the other end a lot less labour intensive and less prone to holding or attracting excess moisture.

Anyways the shop is open. The bread is breading, the pastries are pastrying,
so we'll see ya when we're looking at ya.

We're looking for a junior baker to run our dough shift this summer. Applicant needs to be fit and keen to take on the intricacies of sourdough, milling and the various jobs that come with working in a kitchen.

One of our oldest longest most wonderful customers Sarah, was like "you should tell the internet about your vegan options because heaps of people don't know about them"
So Sarah, we listened and we love you ❤️.

All our sourdough bread is vegan, most of our yeasted bread range, plus the fruit crumbles and gf tahini tarts.

Come in and give it a go if abstaining from animal products and/or eating delicious food is what you're into.

We're looking for a seasonal worker to join our team over the summer as a junior baker to operate the dough shift, mill flour, assist on bread duties and related kitchen tasks .
It is a high paced role,suited for someone fit and looking to make an entry into professional sourdough baking.
You learn how to mill flour, culture maintenance, dough machine operating, cut and shape of various styles of bread and all the side jobs that come with working in a professional kitchen.

A centre of unctuous chocolate pudding, whipped butterscotch, Chantilly cream, finished with a generous smatter of hokey pokey.

It's like if the Hokey pokey ice cream your mum always stole the biggest bite out of, had a baby with the mars bar caramel slice of your dreams.

It's yum and so are you, so come and treat your delicious self ok?
