I put my apron back on this weekend as our sons Kōhanga, Te Kōhanga Reo o Mōkai Pātea celebrated their 40th birthday, such a huge achievement!

This cake was an 8 and 6 inch raspberry and white chocolate mud cake filled with raspberry compote and iced with a white chocolate buttercream. Ngā mihi nui for the custom cake topper 🫶🏽
